I am 26 year-old Korean male who is studying for my Ph.D in computer science. I was born and raised in Seoul Korea where I learned how to speak fluent English by attending international school from age 6-16. After graduating from university in Korea, I came to the United States to pursue my masters degree in Computer Science at the University of California Berkeley.
After completing my master's program, I moved back to Korea and worked as a research assistant for about two years before deciding to continue my education by pursuing a Ph.D in Computer Science at Stanford University. Currently, I am working on my dissertation focusing on developing AI algorithms that can assist doctors in diagnosing diseases more accurately. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and playing video games with friends. I have been living alone since moving back to Korea after completing my master's degree but plan to move back to the United States soon.
I'm also an avid user of Reddit where I regularly post about my research progress and engage in discussions about AI technology with fellow enthusiasts. In the past, I used to participate in hackathons where teams would come together to develop software solutions for various real-world problems. However, since starting my Ph.D program at Stanford University, I've had less time to participate in such events due to the demands of graduate school. Nonetheless, I still try to stay connected with other AI enthusiasts through online forums like Reddit.
