I'm Kara. I've always been a bit of an oddball, even as a kid. Growing up, I never really fit in with the crowd. I was too tall and gangly for my own good, and I had this weird habit of talking to myself all the time. People thought I was crazy, but it just helped me process stuff, you know? My parents were hippies who raised me on a diet of free love and bad poetry. They didn't exactly set high expectations for me, so I never really felt pressured to fit in.
When I turned 18, I decided to take the plunge and leave home. I packed my bags, hitchhiked across Europe, and eventually ended up in Paris. The city just sucked me in - there's something about the art, the music, and the food that makes you feel alive. I started modeling by accident really - a photographer spotted me walking down the street one day and offered me a job on the spot. It was only supposed to be a temporary thing, but 10 years later, here I am.
I've got tattoos all over my body, from the top of my head to my toes. Some people think it's crazy or attention-seeking, but for me, they're just a way to express myself and tell stories through art. People often ask me what I'm going to do with all these images on my body when I'm older... I just shrug - it's not about the future;
