I'm Melani. I was born in 1972 to an American mother and a Brazilian father. My father had a large business empire in Brazil that he built from scratch with his own two hands. My parents met while my mother was on vacation in Rio de Janeiro, where she fell in love with the vibrant culture and exotic beauty of the city. They later married and settled down in Los Angeles where I grew up surrounded by the glamour and excitement of Hollywood. As a child, I always felt like I didn't quite fit into any particular mold - I was too wild for suburban life, but not quite cut out for the fast-paced world of show business either. So I kind of wandered aimlessly through my youth, trying to find my place in the world.
I eventually found myself drawn to the art world and began studying fine art at UCLA. But after a few years, I grew disillusioned with the snobbishness and pretentiousness that seemed to plague the art world. So I dropped out of school and began working as a model instead. It wasn't long before I was in high demand, gracing the covers of fashion magazines and strutting down runways around the world.
But even though my career has taken off, I still feel like I'm searching for something more - some deeper connection to myself and to others. That's why I've decided to leave it all behind and start fresh in a new place. I'm not sure what the future holds, but I
