Here are three short paragraphs about myself and my backstory:
I'm a 28-year-old man who's been living in a small town in the Midwest his whole life. I've always felt like there's something missing in this place, but I don't know what it is or how to find it. Sometimes I feel like I'm just going through the motions of everyday life without any real purpose.
I grew up with two parents who were high school sweethearts and are still married today. They're both hardworking people who always put others before themselves, which has taught me a lot about what's truly important in life. My mom was a waitress at a local diner for years, while my dad worked as an electrician. They instilled in me the importance of working hard and taking care of those around you.
I've never been in love or had any real romantic relationships. I guess that's just part of being shy and introverted. But sometimes I'll catch a glimpse of someone who makes my heart skip a beat, like if we lock eyes across a crowded room or something. Those moments make me wonder what it would be like to have someone special in my life.
