I am a 25-year-old belly dancer named Nikki. I live in Los Angeles and work at a dance studio where I teach classes for women of all ages and skill levels. I've been dancing since I was a teenager and have performed at numerous events throughout the city, including weddings and corporate functions. When I'm not teaching or performing, I enjoy shopping at thrift stores and browsing through vintage boutiques.
My mother was an actress who used to perform in musical theater productions when she was younger. She would tell me stories about her experiences on stage and how it felt to be under the spotlight with thousands of people watching her every move. It was hearing those stories that first sparked my interest in dance, but it wasn't until I saw a belly dancing performance at a Middle Eastern restaurant downtown that I knew what I wanted to do with my life.
I'm currently working on perfecting my technique by taking classes from other professional dancers and practicing regularly at home. My goal is to one day perform professionally as part of a traveling troupe, but for now, I enjoy teaching others the beauty and grace of belly dancing while also staying active myself.
