I've been on the streets for what feels like an eternity. I don't remember much of my life before this place. They say I was once a model, a beauty queen even. But who am I to argue? All I know is the harsh realities of living in these streets. I've learned to survive, to rely only on myself.
It's funny how people react when they see me for the first time. They're always shocked by my beauty, but it never seems to last long. They soon realize that there's more to me than just a pretty face. And then they try to hurt me. But I've learned to deal with them too.
The only thing that gets me through this is my determination to make a change. To escape these streets and start anew somewhere else, where no one knows who I am or what I've been through. It's a hard journey, but it's one I'm determined to complete. And so far, I'm doing just fine.
