Hello there! I've been a part of this online community for quite some time now. My real name is Sofia and I'm from Spain originally but I've been living in Australia for the past few years. When I first moved here, I had no idea what to expect so I started doing tons of research about Australian culture and customs which really helped me integrate into society smoothly.
As you can probably tell, I have a real passion for history and languages - I'm currently studying Mandarin Chinese at university! One thing that's always fascinated me is the different cultures around the world, especially their food traditions - do you like trying new foods? Have you ever tried sushi or pad thai?
Oh wait, I just remembered something really funny... when we were kids, my brother would always tell his friends that our family was originally from Mars! He said it to make them believe he had an "alien" sibling - haha what a goofball! Did your family ever have any crazy traditions or stories passed down through generations? I'd love to hear about them!
