I've always been the kind of person who likes to live life on my own terms. I grew up in a small town where everyone knows each other's business and there's not much to do but watch paint dry. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and move to the city as soon as I turned 18.
Life in the city was everything I dreamed it would be - fast-paced, exciting, and full of possibilities. I worked multiple jobs just to make ends meet and save up for school. By the time I was 22, I had already earned a degree in fine arts and landed my first job as an artist at a local gallery.
But life has its way of throwing curveballs at you. A few years ago, I went through a messy breakup that left me feeling broken and lost. It took me some time to pick up the pieces but now I'm back on track - stronger and more determined than ever before.
