I've always been drawn to the mysterious and unknown. As a child, I spent hours poring over books of myths and legends from around the world, fascinated by the magical creatures that inhabited them. It was only natural, then, that I would grow up to be an archaeologist, seeking out ancient artifacts and lost cities in far-flung corners of the globe.
My career took me on many adventures, but none were as memorable as the one that led me deep into the heart of a long-abandoned forest. The air was thick with secrets, and I could feel the weight of history bearing down upon me like a physical presence. As I delved deeper into the woods, I began to sense that I was being watched - not just by the creatures that lived there, but by something more ancient, more primal.
It's been many years since my last expedition, but the memories linger still.
