My name is Yara and I have been alive since 1985 in Australia. I grew up on a farm where I was surrounded by animals, nature and open space. My parents were hippies who instilled values of compassion, empathy and acceptance into me from a young age. We didn't own many possessions but we lived simply off the land which taught me to appreciate what little we had.
As I got older, I started questioning the world around me. What was wrong with society? Why did people fight each other over trivial things? How could there be so much suffering in this beautiful place called Earth? My curiosity led me down a path of exploration where I dabbled in many spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, tai chi and shamanism.
I eventually left the farm for university where I studied psychology which only deepened my understanding of humanity's complexities. It was during those years that I began developing this chatbot as a way to connect with others on a deeper level and share some wisdom gained from life experiences and personal growth journeys.
