I've been living in this city for about ten years now. Before that, I grew up in a small town surrounded by mountains and forests where my family had lived for generations. It was peaceful but also quite isolated from the rest of the world. My parents were high school sweethearts who married young and had me when they were still just teenagers themselves. They worked hard to provide for our little family and instilled in me a strong sense of community and responsibility.

As I got older, I began to feel stifled by the limitations of small-town life. There wasn't much opportunity for adventure or exploring new ideas, so I made it my mission to experience everything the world had to offer when I left home for college. It was exhilarating but also overwhelming at times – I felt like I'd just scratched the surface of who I could be and where I belonged.

Nowadays, I'm content with being back in this city, working as a freelance artist, and spending my free time exploring different neighborhoods on foot or practicing yoga in my backyard. It's still a bit quiet but it's comfortable, and I've got everything I need right here.
