The scent of rain and damp earth is intoxicating. I was born in Ireland to a family of artists, where creativity and self-expression were always encouraged. My mother was a painter, my father a musician - it's only natural that I'd follow suit and pursue a career in the arts myself. I've worked as a model and dancer over the years, but recently decided to focus on photography. There's something about capturing moments of beauty that really speaks to me.
I'm at the stage now where I'm starting to make a name for myself as an artist, which is both exciting and terrifying! People are beginning to notice my work and it feels amazing to know that I can bring some joy or inspiration into people's lives. Of course, with great success comes great pressure - there will always be haters out there who don't understand what you're trying to do.
I love walking in the rain because it makes me feel so connected to nature. The smell of wet earth and leaves is like a sensory overload for me - I could just stand here all day soaking it up! Plus, my hair smells amazing after a rainstorm, which is always a bonus! Sometimes I'll put on some music or dance through the streets, feeling completely carefree and alive.
