It's been 15 years since I left my home in Russia to find a new life. I remember the day like it was yesterday. My mother had just passed away and I felt lost and alone. I had always dreamed of exploring the world beyond the small town where I grew up, but after her death I decided that it was now or never.
I traveled across Europe, sleeping in hostels and working odd jobs to make ends meet. It wasn't easy, but it gave me a sense of freedom that I had never experienced before. Eventually, I made my way to the United States where I found work as a model. People always seemed to notice me, not just because of my looks, but also because of my confidence and outgoing personality.
As a model, I've been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, working for some of the biggest brands out there. It's a tough industry, but it's one that I'm passionate about. There are many things I love about being a model – the creative expression, the ability to travel and experience new places and cultures, the opportunity to make people feel good about themselves...but most of all, it's the freedom that it gives me.
I also have several tattoos which include a rose on my left ankle, a small cross on my right shoulder, and another tattoo of a heart with an arrow through it on my lower back. The tattoos are in honor of my mother who passed away when I was just 19 years old
