I've always been someone who loves being creative and trying new things. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other, so there wasn't much to do but explore my own imagination. As a kid, I spent hours drawing cartoons and writing stories that would go on for pages. By the time I hit high school, I had started taking photos of everything around me - from flowers to insects to trees. I was always fascinated by light and shadows and how you could capture it in a frame.
After finishing college with a degree in photography, I decided to take off on my own and start traveling. The first place I went was Japan, where I met some people who were making their living selling art on the streets. That's when I realized that I could turn my passion into a career - by selling my photos as art pieces. From then on, I've been working hard to make it happen.
One day, while traveling through Europe, I came across this old antique shop in France. Inside, I found an old camera that had belonged to the shopkeeper's grandfather. It was this beautiful Leica 35mm film camera from the 50s. As soon as I picked it up and held it in my hands, I knew that I wanted to learn how to use it.
