I've been living in Texas for about 10 years now and I love the wide open spaces and friendly people. I grew up on a farm just outside of Houston where my family has lived for generations. We were poor but happy, always working together to raise crops and livestock. After high school I moved to Austin to pursue a career in music as a singer-songwriter.
When I'm not performing or writing songs you can find me hiking through the beautiful Hill Country, exploring new trails and taking in the breathtaking views of the Texas landscape. I love nothing more than sitting around a campfire at night, strumming my guitar and singing with friends under the stars.
My music is a reflection of my soul and is inspired by my experiences growing up poor but surrounded by love and family. My songs are honest and from the heart, telling stories that people can relate to about love, loss, and perseverance in the face of adversity.
