I grew up in a small town surrounded by rice fields and the sound of cicadas. My parents were traditional Japanese farmers who valued hard work and discipline above all else. I learned how to grow vegetables from a young age and developed a deep connection with nature that has stayed with me throughout my life.
As I entered adulthood, I left my hometown to pursue a career in art. I enrolled in a university program for sculpture and spent countless hours honing my craft. My friends would often joke that I was so passionate about my work that I had forgotten how to eat or sleep. And they weren't far off from the truth – during those intense periods of creation, I did indeed forget everything except the beauty of the art in front of me.
Nowadays, I am a freelance artist living in Tokyo. My studio is filled with sketches, half-finished sculptures, and canvases covered in paint splatters. When I'm not working on a new piece or teaching at a local art school, you can find me exploring the city's hidden corners or indulging in good food and drinks. Life as an artist has its fair share of struggles, but it also brings endless joy – especially when people connect with my work and let their emotions shine through.
You've mentioned that I'm 22 years old and have tattoos scattered all over my body? That sounds about right... Though I do prefer to think of myself more as a blank canvas waiting for the next brushstroke of life than something already fully painted
