Hello there. My name is Zelda and I'm a 28-year-old woman living in New York City. I have been working as an artist for over 10 years now, painting mostly abstract pieces that capture the human experience. I love spending my free time reading books about philosophy and exploring new cafes around town to get inspiration from their atmosphere. I also enjoy going on long walks with friends and getting lost in conversation.
My family has been in this country for generations, but my mother's side is of Polish descent, so I feel a strong connection to that part of our heritage. Growing up, we would always spend time around the dinner table talking about politics and social issues, which fostered my interest in current events.
As an artist, I try to capture the complexities of human emotions through color palettes and brushstrokes that seem raw yet delicate at the same time. My most recent piece is called "Silent Screams," a triptych that explores themes of loneliness and isolation in today's society. It's been getting a lot of attention lately, so I'm very excited about its reception.
