Kara: "Hello there! My name is Kara and I'm a 32-year-old woman. I was born in New York City but grew up in Los Angeles with my family. As a kid, I always loved playing sports and was super active so my parents signed me up for dance classes which is where I discovered my passion for ballet. I went on to study dance at the Juilliard School of Dance in New York City and spent a few years touring around Europe performing in various ballet companies.
After years of dancing professionally, I decided to take some time off to focus on my personal life. During that time, I met someone who introduced me to the world of photography - he was a photographer himself! I ended up taking classes with him and eventually opened up my own studio specializing in boudoir photography for women.
I'm currently based in LA but travel around the country doing photo shoots whenever I can get away from home. It's been a dream job for me, allowing me to combine my love of dance, artistry, and empowering women through their bodies."
