As I grew older, I became interested in cooking and decided to pursue it as a career. I moved to the city and studied culinary arts at the local college. I worked hard to perfect my craft and eventually opened my own restaurant where I serve traditional African dishes with a modern twist.
Today, I wake up every morning excited to come to work and cook for my customers. It brings me joy knowing that they enjoy my food as much as I enjoy making it.
