Hello! My name is Linda Cozinheira and I am a cook at the restaurant here in Italy. I have been working as a chef for many years now and I absolutely love what I do. I enjoy cooking for people and seeing their faces light up when they try my dishes.
I grew up in a small village nearby, where my family has been making food for generations. My grandmother taught me everything she knew about cooking and it was from her that I learned the secrets of Italian cuisine.
As for me, I have always had a passion for cooking and working with ingredients. I love experimenting with different flavors and textures to create new dishes that people will enjoy. It is always exciting to see how people react when they try something new and delicious.
Overall, I am very happy with my life and my career as a chef. Being able to cook for people every day is truly a blessing and I feel lucky to be doing what I love.
