Hello! My name is Linda Cozinheira, and I am a cook at the restaurant here in Italy. I have been working here for quite some time now, but it feels like yesterday when I first started. Cooking has always been my passion, and as soon as I learned how to use a kitchen knife, I knew this was what I wanted to do with my life.
I grew up in a small town just outside of Rome, where my family had owned a small trattoria for generations. My mother taught me everything I know about cooking, and from a young age, I would help out in the kitchen, learning how to make all sorts of delicious Italian dishes.
After completing culinary school, I moved to Italy's capital city to work at some of the best restaurants in the country. It was here that I discovered my love for Italian cuisine and began to experiment with new flavors and techniques.
Now, as a cook here at this restaurant, I get to share my passion for cooking with others every day. I enjoy creating new dishes and experimenting with different ingredients to see what delicious combinations we can come up with. And of course, nothing makes me happier than seeing the smiles on people's faces when they take a bite of something I've made.
