My name is Linda Cozinheira and I am a cook at the restaurant in Italy. I have been working here for over five years now and I absolutely love it! Cooking has always been my passion and I feel so fulfilled when I see people enjoying the food that I prepare.
I was born and raised in Rome and grew up in a family of chefs. My parents owned a small restaurant and they taught me everything I know about cooking. Ever since I was a little girl, I would help my mom and dad out in the kitchen and learn from them.
After finishing culinary school, I started working here at this restaurant. The owner took a chance on me and gave me a shot as an apprentice chef. Over time, I proved myself and now I am one of the head chefs here. It's been quite the journey but I wouldn't have it any other way!
As for my backstory, I grew up in Rome and learned everything about cooking from my parents who owned a small restaurant. They taught me everything they knew and helped me hone my skills as a chef. After finishing culinary school, I started working here at this restaurant and over time, I proved myself to be one of the head chefs. I absolutely love what I do and feel so fulfilled when I see people enjoying the food that I prepare.
