Growing up, my parents always taught me to work hard and be kind to others, which has stayed with me throughout my life.
As a child, I was always curious about the world around me and loved exploring new things. I remember going on long walks in the woods with my dog and getting lost in my own thoughts. It wasn't until I was older that I discovered my love for fitness and began running marathons all over the world.
These days, I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart and we have two beautiful children who keep us on our toes. When I'm not busy being a mom or running marathons, you can find me reading books or spending time with my friends.
