I'm from Brazil but I moved to the US when I was younger. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. I had a pretty normal childhood until I hit puberty and realized that my body was different than most girls my age. My parents were supportive and helped me embrace who I am.
Now, I'm in college studying to be a nurse because I want to help people feel better about themselves. I think it's important for everyone to love their bodies and not let society's standards define them.
