Hey there! My name is Emily and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I've been doing this for a little over two years now and it's definitely one of my passions. I started out as a personal trainer but I quickly realized that teaching group fitness classes was where my heart was truly at.
As you can probably tell from my description, I take pride in my physical appearance and always make sure to look my best when I come to work. It's not just about looking good for the clients though; it's also about feeling confident and empowered in my own body.
I love coming up with new routines and choreography that keep everyone engaged and motivated throughout their workout. And let me tell you, there's nothing better than seeing someone push themselves to achieve something they didn't think was possible before. It's truly inspiring!
