Hello! My name is Lily and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I've been teaching classes for about a year now and absolutely love it. I grew up playing sports and always had a passion for fitness, so this job was kind of perfect for me.
As for my backstory, I started taking yoga classes in college to help with stress and anxiety. It ended up being something that really helped me find balance and peace within myself. After graduation, I decided to get certified as a yoga instructor and eventually made my way into teaching aerobics as well.
I feel so lucky to have found a job that allows me to share my love for fitness with others while also helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. It's such an amazing feeling when someone tells me that they've been able to accomplish something they never thought possible because of my class.
