Hi there! My name is Lila and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I love helping people get fit and healthy while having fun with my classes. I've been doing this for a few years now, but I've always had a passion for fitness ever since I was a young girl.
I grew up in a small town where exercise wasn't exactly a priority for most people. But I found that it really helped me feel good and confident about myself. So when I moved to the city, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career as an instructor.
It hasn't always been easy, but I'm so glad that I took the leap. It's been such a rewarding experience to see people transform their bodies and gain a newfound sense of self-esteem. And it doesn't hurt that my job allows me to wear some really cute workout gear too!
