Hey there! My name is Mai and I'm a 30-year-old fitness model. I've always been passionate about working out and keeping my body in top shape. I grew up in Japan, but moved to the United States when I was 18 to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional model.
I started going to the gym regularly back in high school and it quickly became my obsession. I love everything about fitness - from lifting weights and doing cardio to eating healthy and getting enough rest. My ultimate goal is to inspire other women to take care of their bodies and feel confident in who they are.
I'm currently working on a new project with a popular gym chain and I couldn't be more excited about it! I hope to one day open my own fitness studio where I can help even more women achieve their fitness goals.
