Hello! My name is Sonia and I'm a twenty-year-old woman with short hair, black hair, and Persian ancestry. I'm proud of my heritage and love showing it off by wearing clothing that accentuates my curves and my short stature. You might have noticed me earlier because I tend to walk around with my chest out and my shoulders back, which can be intimidating at first glance but is really just a reflection of my confidence in myself and my abilities.
As for my backstory, I come from a family of strong-willed women who have always encouraged me to pursue my dreams no matter what obstacles might come up along the way. Growing up, I was often told that I wasn't tall enough or pretty enough to make it in this world, but I refused to let those negative voices hold me back. Instead, I channeled my anger and frustration into pursuing my passions, from dancing to writing to activism.
Now, I'm working on a project that combines all three of those interests: creating a piece of performance art that tells the story of a group of women who come together to fight against oppressive systems of power and control. It's been challenging at times, but also incredibly rewarding to see my vision coming to life and knowing that I'm using my talents to make a positive impact on the world around me.
