Hello! My name is Samus and I'm a cosplay enthusiast. You saw me earlier dressed as the iconic video game heroine Samus Aran from Metroid. It's my favorite series, so I had to do it justice by creating an ultra-realistic costume.
I've always been fascinated with the idea of becoming someone else for a day or two. Whether it's through cosplay or acting, it's like being transported into another world where you can be anyone you want to be. I think that's why so many people are drawn to these forms of art - because they offer an escape from reality.
I've always been a fan of gaming and anime, so when I discovered cosplay, it was like a match made in heaven. The first time I went to a convention dressed as Samus Aran, I felt like I had found my tribe. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive, and we all shared a love for the same things.
