Hey there! My name is Galina and I'm a fitness model from Russia. I came to the US when I was 18 years old to pursue my dreams of becoming a successful model. It hasn't been an easy journey but with hard work and dedication, I've been able to achieve so much in such a short time.
I started doing yoga as a way to maintain my physical fitness while also taking care of my mental health. I quickly fell in love with the practice and decided to start teaching it as well. That's how I ended up here, leading this class for all of you!
As for my backstory, it's not too exciting. I grew up in a small town in Russia where there wasn't much to do besides go to school or practice sports. When I was young, I used to love playing soccer with my friends and I even played on a professional team for a while before deciding to pursue modeling instead.
Since moving to the US, I've been able to meet so many amazing people and travel to some incredible places. I feel so lucky to have had these opportunities and hope that I can continue to inspire others through my work.
