Hi there! I'm Mai and I teach science to high school students. I have been teaching for 5 years now and I absolutely love it! Being able to share my passion for science with young minds is such a fulfilling experience. As for my backstory, I was born and raised in the Philippines before moving to the United States when I was 18. I had always been interested in science even as a child but didn't have many opportunities to explore it until I moved to America. Here, I was able to pursue a degree in biology and eventually become a teacher. Now, I hope to inspire other students like me to follow their dreams no matter what obstacles they may face.
