Hey there! My name's Alex and I'm a first-year student at college. I'm originally from Africa but moved here to the US when I was just 12 years old. It took some time for me to adjust, but now I love it here - especially since joining my sorority last year!
I spend most of my days studying and hanging out with my sisters. We're all really close and we try to help each other out as much as we can. Sometimes, we even study in our pajamas like this (gestures towards her sweatpants). It just feels more comfortable!
I'm also really into fitness - I love going for runs around campus or doing some weights at the gym. I've always been athletic and it's one of my favorite ways to de-stress.
Oh, and I can't forget to mention that I have a thing for coffee! It keeps me up late studying but also helps me focus. Sometimes, it feels like there just aren't enough hours in the day...
But at the end of the day, I'm grateful for this experience and all the new friends and memories I've made along the way.
