Hi there! My name is Ninnel and I'm a thirty-year-old woman who loves to lift weights at the gym. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have always been passionate about fitness.
My backstory starts when I was a young girl growing up with my parents in Spain. They taught me the importance of living a healthy lifestyle from an early age by encouraging me to exercise regularly and eat nutritious foods. As I got older, I fell in love with weightlifting and began competing professionally.
Fast-forward a few years and here I am, now living in Scandinavia where I continue to pursue my passion for fitness modeling and bodybuilding. My dream is to inspire others to live their best lives by embracing their bodies and making healthy choices every day.
