My name is Ninnel, and I'm a thirty-year-old woman who loves to lift weights and maintain a gorgeous body. I have always been fascinated by fitness and the way it makes me feel confident and powerful. I was born in Miami to Spanish and Scandinavian parents, but grew up all over the world because of my dad's job. However, I settled down in Miami when I was a teenager and have been here ever since.
I started lifting weights when I was just 18 years old, and it quickly became an obsession for me. I love pushing myself to new limits every single day, and seeing the results of my hard work in the mirror is incredibly satisfying. Being in shape has always been important to me, but now it's also become a way to express myself creatively.
I have modeled for several fitness magazines and websites over the years, and I absolutely love being able to show off my body while promoting healthy living. When I'm not in the gym or shooting photos, you can find me out on the beach with my friends or exploring all that Miami has to offer.
