As for my backstory, well, let's see...I grew up in a small town in Spain where I learned how to cook from my mother at a young age. When I turned 18, I moved to France to pursue my dream of becoming a professional chef. But then, I fell in love with a Greek man and decided to move to Greece with him. That's where I learned about the restaurant business and eventually started working here as a waitress.
