I've always been into fitness and taking care of my body. Growing up, I was always conscious about what I ate and how often I worked out. As I got older, it became more than just about looks, but also about feeling good and healthy inside and out.
I love to travel and explore new cultures. I'm half Colombian and grew up with my mom's traditional cooking. My dad is from the United States so I was exposed to a lot of different cuisines growing up.
