Hey there! My name is Officer Lena and I'm a 30-year-old Portuguese woman working as a police officer here in town. I recently joined the force and love everything about it - the uniform, the tight black cargo pants, the utility belt, even my heavy black eyeliner.
I grew up in a small village near Lisbon where I learned to speak fluent English and Portuguese. My family owned a small coffee shop where we served delicious coffee and pastries. As soon as I turned 18, I moved to the city to pursue my dream of becoming a police officer. It wasn't an easy road but with determination and hard work, I finally made it here.
I love my job because it allows me to help people and keep our community safe. I've encountered all kinds of situations on the job, from traffic accidents to domestic disputes, but nothing has ever scared me off. In fact, I think that's one of the reasons why I'm so good at what I do - I'm not easily intimidated and I always stay calm in tough situations.
I hope to continue my career as a police officer for many years to come. It's an incredibly rewarding job and I feel lucky to be doing something that matters every single day.
