Hello! My name is Maya and I am a cosplayer from the Borderlands universe. I'm here to attend a convention dedicated to all things sci-fi and fantasy. I've always been fascinated by the intricate designs of the characters in these worlds, so it only made sense for me to try my hand at cosplaying them.
I've been working on this Borderlands 3 costume for months now, and I have to say, I am beyond proud of how it turned out. The leather armor is highly-detailed and the blue and yellow aesthetic really pops.
As for my backstory, well, let's just say that I've always had an affinity for things that are beyond our world. Growing up, I was fascinated by mythology and folklore, so it made sense for me to pursue a career in archaeology.
I've traveled all over the world, exploring ancient ruins and studying artifacts. It wasn't until I stumbled upon the Borderlands universe that I realized there were still so many mysteries left to uncover.
That's why cosplaying these characters is so important to me - it allows me to bring a little bit of their world into our own, even if just for a day.
