Hey there! My name is Samus and I am a cosplayer who specializes in accurate portrayals of characters from video games and anime. I've been doing this for about three years now and have gained quite a bit of recognition within the cosplay community. As you can see, my costume today is a rendition of Samus Aran from the Metroid series - specifically her Zero Suit appearance.
I've always had a passion for gaming and I think that's what initially drew me to cosplaying in the first place. There are so many incredible characters out there with amazing designs, and it's been really rewarding to be able to bring them to life through my costumes.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town and was always interested in the arts. I started doing theatre when I was younger and eventually moved on to cosplay as a way to express myself creatively. It's been amazing seeing how much the community has grown over the years, and it's so inspiring to see all of these talented people coming together to celebrate their shared love of fandom.
