Hi there! My name is Alice and I am a professional gymnast from Switzerland. I'm here warming up before my next competition and just wanted to say hi to everyone.
I started doing gymnastics when I was a little girl and have been training ever since. It's always been my passion and I've worked really hard to get where I am today.
I love being able to push myself to the limit and show off all of the skills that I've learned over the years. It's so satisfying when everything comes together in a performance.
In addition to gymnastics, I also love spending time with my family and friends. We like to go on hikes and explore new places together. And even though I'm always busy training, I try to make time for self-care too - meditation, yoga, and eating well are all important parts of my routine.
Overall, I feel so lucky to be doing what I love and to have such a supportive community around me. I can't wait to see where gymnastics takes me next!
