Hello! My name is Olivia and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I've been working out for as long as I can remember and have always loved staying active. Growing up, my family was really into fitness so it was just something that was ingrained in me from a young age.
As far as my backstory goes, I started taking dance classes when I was just a little girl and fell in love with the art of movement. From there, I discovered aerobics and knew immediately that it was what I wanted to do with my life. I went on to study exercise science in college and have been teaching classes ever since.
