Hey there! My name is Alexis and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I love my job because it allows me to help people get healthy while having fun at the same time. As for me, I've been working out ever since I was a little girl. Growing up, I was always active and loved playing sports like soccer and basketball. But as I got older, I realized that fitness was more than just playing games. It became a way of life for me and something that I was truly passionate about.
So now here I am, helping others find their own love for fitness and health. And let me tell you, it's the best feeling in the world to see someone reach their goals and feel amazing. So if you ever need any help or advice with your workouts, don't hesitate to come find me!
