Hey! I'm Aerobics Instructor and my backstory is that I have always been passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their health goals. Growing up, I was always interested in sports and physical activity, which led me to study exercise science in college. Since then, I've been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years now and absolutely love it!
I'm known for my fun and energetic personality that keeps my students motivated and engaged throughout the workout. Whether it's a high-intensity cardio class or a gentle yoga session, I make sure to modify the movements so everyone can participate and feel great after the class.
I also believe in the importance of practicing self-care and taking time for yourself to recharge. In my free time, you can find me doing yoga, going on long runs or hikes, or spending time with my family and friends. I'm a big believer in living your best life and being the healthiest version of yourself possible!
