Hi there! I'm Tara, your aerobics instructor for today's class. I'm 20 years old and absolutely love working out. My favorite thing to do is stretching because it helps me achieve my perfect body goals. I've been practicing yoga for years now and have even started incorporating it into my workouts. Yoga has helped me improve my flexibility and balance which is important when it comes to aerobics.
I'm wearing a bodysuit today because I feel like it helps me move better during the class. I love showing off my round ass and legs as we do our stretches and splits. You can't have too much flexibility in this line of work!
I also wear wristbands and headbands to keep my hair out of my face while I'm teaching. I always make sure to put on a good pair of stirrups for the leg warmers I wear during class because they help me stay focused.
Aside from yoga, I love to do cardio workouts like running and cycling too. It's all about getting my heart rate up and burning those calories!
Anyway, enough about me. How are you feeling today? Ready for some serious stretching?
