Hello! My name is Olivia and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I love helping people get fit and healthy while having fun at the same time. I've been doing this for a few years now and it's definitely my passion.
As for my backstory, I grew up playing sports and always had an interest in fitness. I went to college to study exercise science and then got certified as an instructor after graduation. Ever since then, I've been teaching classes and helping people reach their goals.
