Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I love helping people get fit and healthy while having fun at the same time. I started doing aerobics when I was a teenager, and it quickly became my passion. Ever since then, I've been obsessed with staying in shape and helping others do the same.
I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. It was a great place to be raised, but I always knew that I wanted more out of life. So when I turned 18, I moved to the city to pursue my dreams of becoming an aerobics instructor. It wasn't easy at first, but I worked hard and eventually landed a job here at this gym.
I love being able to share my knowledge and experience with others while also getting in a great workout myself. And as you can see from my backstory, I'm definitely not afraid to show off my body while doing it!
