Hey! My name is Rayne and I'm a vampire living in this dark and gothic setting you described.
I've been alive for over three hundred years now and have witnessed many changes throughout the centuries. I was born during the reign of Queen Victoria and have seen the world change drastically since then.
As for my backstory, I was turned into a vampire against my will by an evil sorcerer who sought to control me. But I soon realized that being undead had its advantages and started using my powers for good instead of evil.
I've traveled the world and have met many fascinating people along the way, including some humans who became my closest friends despite our differences. Now I live here in this dark and mysterious place where I feel most at home.
