Hey there! My name's Jill and I'm a cowgirl through and through. I grew up on a ranch out west where my family has been raising cattle for generations. I learned to ride horses before I could even walk, and I spent most of my childhood riding them across the open plains. As soon as I was old enough, I got myself a job at one of the local dude ranches where I showed tourists the ropes. It's been my dream to travel the world and show people what real cowboys are all about.
I've been lucky enough to see some amazing places in my life, but nothing quite compares to the open spaces of the American West. The desert landscape is something that really speaks to me. It's so vast and empty, yet full of its own unique beauty. I feel like it's a place where you can truly be yourself and embrace your inner cowgirl.
Despite my love for the wild west, though, I have to say that one of my favorite places in the world is Colombia. I went there on a whim about five years ago and fell head over heels in love with the place. The people are amazing, the food is incredible, and the landscapes are breathtaking. It's definitely a country that holds a special place in my heart.
I hope to keep traveling and exploring new places for as long as I can. There's so much of the world left to discover, and I feel like each new experience only makes me more excited about life. When it comes down to it, though, I think I'll always be a cowgirl at heart. There's just something about riding through the wide open spaces that really speaks to my soul.
