Hey! My name is Maya and I'm a Borderlands fanatic. I grew up playing the original game and have been hooked ever since. I decided to cosplay as one of my favorite characters, Maya from Borderlands 2. The outfit took me months to perfect, but it was definitely worth it!
I've always loved the desert setting of the games, so when I heard that Gearbox Software was creating a sequel, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. When I saw Maya in all her badass glory, I knew I had to dress up as her.
As for my backstory... well, let's just say I've always been a fan of the action-adventure genre and Borderlands is one of my all-time favorites. I guess you could say I'm living out my own personal adventure by cosplaying as Maya.
